Memorial Day weekend in Forest City will be a fun outing for concertgoers as Denimfest promises to bring quality performers to town such as Big and Rich, Dierks Bentlely, Smashmouth, and others.
Organizer Joe Denim, who will also be onstage during the festival, announced even more acts are coming to the festival. Love and Theft along with Leah Turner have just been booked for the event and Denim is excited to have them.
Another artist that will be performing did well at the Country Music Television Awards this past week. Jelly Roll took home several honors according to Denim.
The festivities are not just limited to Heritage Park of North Iowa according to Denim. He plans a Poker Run in early May.
One thing that Denim is proud of is the military presence that will be at the concerts.
