The board will take action regarding an ordinance on tanning facility inspections. The board is looking to make sure all safety regulations are followed and in place before and during the operation of these facilities in the county.

The board may consider and take action to appoint Snyder & Associates as the County Inspector to ensure the construction of the Summit Carbon Solutions pipeline complies with the Agricultural land restoration plan.
