The Worth County Board of Supervisors heard from Jacob Hagen from Bolton and Menk about the annexation of 1800 acres of land into Drainage District 72. The drainage system was privately owned according to Hagen.
Hagen entertained any objections that were filed and only one was done. He addressed the objection and explained the purpose of the annexation.
Hagen also explained that by having the property annexed into the drainage district, there would be an opportunity to increase drainage lines and help the area.
The board moved to accept the annexation report.
