Forest City Discusses Lease Purchase Agreement for Bear Creek Golf Course

The Forest City Council is assisting the Bear Creek Golf Course with equipment needs. One of those items are lawn mowers to keep the greens in good shape. Forest City administrator Daisy Huffman explained the lease purchase agreement between the city and MTI Distributing.

The city is compelled to hold a public hearing by state law on any lease purchase agreement that they enter into according to Huffman.

Huffman stated that the city will be reimbursed for their expenses under the agreement.
