Capllonch Sentenced on Possession Charges

Thomas Capllonch of Hawaii pled guilty to “Possession of a Controlled Substance – 1st Offense,” a serious misdemeanor, stemming from an investigation by the Forest City Police Department, on October 24, 2022.

 Capllonch was granted a deferred judgment and was ordered to pay a $200.00 civil penalty, court costs, complete all recommended mental health treatment, and will be on probation to the Department of Correctional Services for one year.
