The early spring thaw is taking its toll on secondary roads in Winnebago County. Winnebago County Engineer Scott Meinders explained that traffic is also playing a key role.
Meinders is hopeful that area residents and landowners can take action about the situation.
Unfortunately, this time of year is very difficult on road crews to be able to fix issues.
