Hunter Welch of Clearwater, FL, pled guilty to “Possession of a Controlled Substance – First Offense,” a serious misdemeanor, stemming from an investigation by the Forest City Police Department on June 20, 2022.
Welch was granted a deferred judgment and placed on probation for a period of one year. A civil penalty of $430 was imposed. Welch was ordered to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and follow through with any recommended treatment.
