The Forest City Council contracted with K&W Coatings LLC to paint the water tower by Winnebago Industries and repair its concrete foundation. Water and Wastewater Supervisor Kevin Reicks explained to the council that the project is complete.
The city approved the payment of $248,330 for the work that was done.
