The Garner City Council has decided to rezone a section of Seymour Avenue to make room for new business ventures. Garner Mayor Tim Schmidt explained the reasons for the change from residential to industrial.
With the vacancy came opportunity according to Schmidt.
Construction on the storage units will begin shortly according to Schmidt.
