This week’s MBT and KIOW Prep of the Week is a senior at Forest City.
Lili Nelson finished second last week at the Belmond-Klemme meet in a time of 21:13.53. Nelson has led the Indians all year and helped Forest City into the rankings, currently ranked 19th in the state. That’s the highest ranking for a Forest City girls team in over five years.
