The Kossuth County Board of Supervisors will meet on Tuesday beginning at 8am to decide several tax sale certificates assignments on several parcels in the county. There are ten different parcels which will be discussed in the meeting.
the board will then discuss whether to approve a resolution to Arpa funds to pay for adding a driveway to the north side annex parking lot. This will be followed by the possible approval of a resolution ordering an election on an Ad Valorem Property Tax for Emergency Medical Services.
The board will hold a discussion and possible decision to approval the agreement with the City of Algona to Use Storage Area at the Phillips Street Building. This will be followed by discussion and a possible decision with Todd Holmes regarding approving a Malpractice Litigation Attorney to Review the DD 7 Ruling.
The supervisors will then hold a First Reading and First Vote for Passage of ATV/UTV Ordinance 114-B, which Amends ATV/UTV Ordinance 114-A.
At 9am, the board will then begin discussion on various drainage projects. The supervisors will hold a bid letting on the Drainage District 60 Sub 1 improvement project. This will be followed by a decision on a Waiver of Conflict of Interest for Attorney Bob Goodwin.
The board will also discuss and possibly approve rules regarding construction within a Right of Way.
