Asia Albery of Buffalo Center pled guilty to “Harassment,” an aggravated misdemeanor, stemming from an investigation by the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office on January 25, 2022.
Albery was granted a deferred judgement and ordered to pay a $855.00 civil penalty, applicable surcharges and court costs. The fine was suspended.
Albery was placed on probation for 1 year to the Department of Correctional Services.
