Weaver Sentenced on Sex Offender Registration Charges

Aaron Weaver of Lake Mills pled guilty to “Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements-Second or Subsequent Offense,” a class D felony, stemming from an investigation by the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office on December 18, 2021.

Weaver was sentenced to serve an indeterminate prison sentence not to exceed 5 years, and ordered to pay a $1,025.00 fine, applicable surcharges and court costs. The prison sentence was suspended, and Weaver was placed on probation for 5 years to the Department of Correctional Services.
