Karmel Evans, 69, passed away Sunday at Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 am Thursday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Buffalo Center.
Visitation will be held 5 to 7 pm Wednesday at the church.
