As rural north Iowans, we know the importance of essential services play in our lives, particularly in emergency situations. This year, the Winnebago County Fair is recognizing our area firefighters by bestowing the honor of Grand Marshalls for this years’ Winnebago County Fair Parade.
Lynn Hagenson has served in various capacities having to do with the county fair over the years and feels these individuals are deserving of the recognition.
