Misty Aukes of Thompson pled guilty to “Disorderly Conduct,” a simple misdemeanor, stemming from an investigation by the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office on March 23, 2022. Aukes was granted a deferred judgment and ordered to pay a $105.00 civil penalty, applicable surcharges and court costs. Aukes was placed on probation for 1 year to the Department of Correctional Services.
