This week’s MBT and KIOW Prep of the Week is a senior at Forest City high school. Regan Helgeson was selected for her performance at the state qualifying track meet last week. Helgeson helped four relays qualify for the state meet.
She ran on the distance medley as the 1st leg that finished second
She ran on the sprint medley as the 2nd leg that finished second
She ran on the 4×100 as the 3rd leg that finished first
She ran on the 4×200 as the 3rd leg that finished first
With those finishes, she scored 36 team points to help Forest City win the SQM for the first time since 2004.
