The Forest City Council has approved tax rebates for two local entities during their meeting on Monday night. Forest City Mayor Byron Ruiter said that Waldorf University’s final rebate payment was $9,917.
The other rebate payment was Westown Place apartments in the amount of $42,620. Ruiter says that is a 20-year arrangement.
