The Iowa Legislature is working on an issue concerning the use of all-terrain vehicles or ATV’s. The usage of these is becoming more popular with the rising gasoline prices. Iowa Senator Dennis Guth wants his constituents to understand that the legislature is respecting city regulations in the design of this bill.
The legislature will continue to look at the matter before possibly sending it up to the Governor to sign.
