This week’s MBT and KIOW Prep of the Week is a freshman at Lake Mills. Hayden Helgeson advanced to districts for the Bulldogs with dominating wins. He pinned both of his opponents, one in 1:27 and one in 4:20. He’s also a conference champion and 39-6 on the season for the Bulldogs.
