Forest City Mayor Byron Ruiter administered the oath of office to two new City Council members on Monday night. Ruiter says there has also been a couple of new part time hires at the Forest City Library.
Ruiter stated that longtime Street and Sanitation Superintendent Mike O’Rourke attended his last city council meeting on Monday night.
