The Forest City Council addressed concerns pertaining to Clark Lane in downtown Forest City. Mayor Byron Ruiter says the council decided to make that section of road a one way street.
Ruiter says the council finds itself with a vacancy, due to the recent resignation of Councilperson Leslie Torkelson.
