The 3rd annual Winnebago County Swap will be held on Saturday at the Winnebago County Fairgrounds in Thompson beginning at 6 am. Organizer Sam Dugan explained with the swap is starting so early in the day.
Dugan says attendees will see a variety of vendors at the swap.
Dugan says there will also be a number of concessions on site.
