Johnson Pleads Guilty to Forgery

Kirsten Johnson of Lake Mills, pled guilty to “Forgery,” a class D felony, stemming from an investigation by the Garner and Lake Mills Police Departments during November, 2017.  Johnson was granted a deferred judgment and ordered to pay a $750.00 civil penalty, applicable surcharges, court costs and victim restitution.  Johnson was placed on probation for a period of 3 years to the Department of Correctional Services.
