In high school softball Lake Mills used a three-run sixth inning to beat Forest City on Friday night 7-6. Forest City’s Cora Holland finished with a home run, two RBI and a stolen base. Anna Andersen went 2 for 3 with a pair of doubles and a run scored. Forest City pitcher Callie McQuown struck out five.

The Indians were led by Ben Mitgaard who went 3 for 4 at the plate, with a home run and double, scoring 2 runs and 5 RBI. Colton Shipman got the win on the mound for the Indians striking out 6 and allowing 5 hits.
