Join us the first Monday of each month from 10:25-11AM for a workshop series presented at Waldorf College by the Luise V. Hanson Library in Room 201A! These 35-minute workshops are intended to teach faculty, staff, students, and community members how to use our library tools and resources. Mark your calendar!

February 3 – PubMed: Scientific Literature
PubMed is a biomedical database produced by the National Library of Medicine, indexing thousands of journals in the medical field. This database provides full text to over 2 million articles! Join our library director in a dem-onstration of the basic and advanced features in her favorite database. If you have a laptop computer, please bring it to this session.
March 3 – Interdisciplinary Databases: ProQuest
ProQuest is an interdisciplinary database that provides full text access to more than 5,060 titles – over 3,600 full text – from 1971 and forward. Join our reference librarian in learning tips and tricks to get what you need from this database! If you have a laptop computer, please bring it to this session.
April 7 – Ebooks: The DL on Downloads and Devices
See an awesome ebook in the library catalog but don’t know how to get it from the computer to your device? Join our librarians for an overview on how to view and download ebooks using EBSCOebooks.
