The Winnebago County Board of Supervisors will meet this morning beginning at 9am to first discuss the state of secondary roads with Winnebago County Engineer Scott Meinders. With the active weather period we are experiencing, Meinders will report to the board on repairs and future projects that are planned soon.
The Auditor’s Office will review drainage issues with the board including action on Drainage District 103 where a clean out and possible reconstruction is needed. The board may act on the recommendations or table them for further study.
After approval of the Auditor’s Quarterly Report, the board will address a new contract with an actuary firm. Cost Advisory Services Inc. is looking at a new three year contract that would begin in 2017 and continue through 2019.
The board will meet in the Winnebago County Courthouse Supervisors Room.
