Gassman and Guth to Hold Legislative Forum on Friday

Area residents concerned about issues at the state level or those wishing to learn more are welcome to attend the free legislative forums which will be held at three locations on Friday. The forums will be held to discuss current legislative issues and get feedback from constituents. Attendees are welcome to ask questions to either State Senator Dennis Guth or State Representative Ted Gassman.

The first of these sessions will be held from 10:30am to 11:30am at the Heritage Town Center in Buffalo Center. It is located at 201 2nd Avenue. the North Iowa Betterment and Winn-Worth Betco Organizations are sponsoring the event.

The second shifts to Lake Mills where Guth and Gassman will meet with citizens from 1pm to 2pm at “The Mills” Theater. This forum is sponsored by the Lake Mills Chamber Development Corporation and Winn-Worth Betco.

The third and final forum for the day will be in Forest City. Waldorf University will host the event in the Waldorf Ballroom in Salveson Hall located at 106 S. 6th Street from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. Like the other two forums that day, Winn-Worth Betco sponsors the forum along with the Forest City Economic Development, the Forest City Chamber of Commerce, and the Hancock County Economic Development.
