David Kruse to Speak in Forest City

His daily commentary on KIOW is one of the most listened to portions of KIOW’s daily programming. David Kruse with the Commstock Report will be coming to Forest City on Tuesday, January 17th. Kruse is the owner and president of Comstock Investments in Royal, Iowa. He has been a commodity broker and advisor since 1985. He began farming in 1973 and currently owns 640 acres of land. He is a fourth generation farmer in his family. His farming roots go back to Mecklenberg, Germany.

Kruse will speak at the First Baptist Church, across from Shopko in Forest City about the 2017 crop outlook, trends, changes in agriculture, and more. Organizers say that this is a free event and that there will be a lunch served at noon and Kruse will speak at 1pm.

The event is being sponsored by Titonka Savings Bank, the Farmers Coop Association in Forest City, MBT Bank,, Mason City Red Power, and KIOW. Those who are interested in attending should make reservations at any of those locations.
