The Forest City Historic Preservation Commission will meet on Tuesday, January 17th at 10am. The meeting will take place in the Leibrand-Whiteis Historical Center in the Mansion Museum in Forest City. The commission will first elect it’s officers for the year and swear them in.
They will then get an update on planning for a preservation grant and an update on the Mansion Museum Project. The front of the museum is getting a facelift and the foundation is being improved.
The commission will also address any future projects in 2017 and discuss any new ideas for projects that may need to be completed before adjourning.
