The Waldorf football team opened the 2014 campaign by taking the long road trip to Mayville, North Dakota to take on Mayville State University. Smith also rushed for 42 yards and a touchdown. Freshman running back Dedarius Bridges ran for 217 yards and 2 touchdowns, while senior Emmanuel Osuchukwu added 80 yards.
