It is Farm Bureau Day today at the Hancock County Fair. The days events open with a Sunday Brunch at the Home Ec Building following the 4-H/FFA Horse and Pony Judging along with a Halter and Performance in the Horse Arena. The cost of the brunch is $6, but children 4 years od and younger are free. There will be a church service in the Show Ring beginning at 10am which is non-denominational and everyone is welcome. At 11am, the Commercial Building will open with a number of exhibits inside. The building will remain open until 5pm. Then at 11:30am, “America’s Got Talent” star Dan Kirk will put on a juggling exhibition. Kirk has two other shows at 3pm and 5pm. All shows are on the Free Stage. At noon, the Loghoggers will once agin put on a chainsaw sculpting exhibition. The group have been put on a couple of exhibitions on Saturday to a large crowd in each show. They have made numerous animals and characters which are on sale and can be taken home today. The Conservation Demonstration Trailer will also open up at noon. There are a number of displays and exhibits for everyone to view and learn about. The fair will continue through tonight and into tomorrow.
