The Forest City Indian boys basketball team took sole possession of the North Iowa Conference lead with a 70-63 win over previously undefeated Belmond-Klemme Tuesday night.  Erich Erdman scored 21 points for the Indians while sitting 9 minutes of the 2nd half with 4 fouls, Isaiah Loeschen had 16 points. Belmond-Klemme hit 13 3 pointers in the game, as Colin Lane had 17 points. Forest City is now 6-2, while Belmond-Klemme fell to 6-1.  Other boys basketball scores:

The Forest City girls basketball team defeated Belmond-Klemme 53-31. Amanda Wilson had 19 points to lead the Indians, while Rachel Koch added 10.  Forest City is now 4-6 overall.  Other girls basketball scores:

The Forest City wrestling team went 2-1 in their quadrangular Tuesday night in Nashua. The Indians defeated Saint Ansgar 36-33 and Garner-Hayfield/Ventura 63-18. The Indians fell to the host Huskies 48-33.  Other wrestling scores:
